Mr. Glenn is an attorney who has practiced in the area of probate and elder law since graduating from law school in 1995. Mr. Glenn completed his legal studies at the University of Miami as a visiting student and received his law degree from MSU College of Law. The primary focus of Mr. Glenn's practice is estate planning for the elderly, Veterans Pension and Aid & Attendance Benefits planning, divestment/diversification planning (Medicaid Planning) for seniors who have a high likelihood of needing skilled nursing care, special needs trusts for disabled and elderly people on public benefits, planning for incapacity, and catastrophic injuries to the elderly. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Elder Law section of the Florida Bar. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Glenn worked as a staff accountant and business consultant with the former big eight accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand and he also worked with Dunn & Roth CPA's. His business experience includes financial statement preparation, financial planning for individual's, and tax preparation and planning. Mr. Glenn has served over ten years on the Board of Major League Baseball Alum Rick Wilkin's Celebrity Golf Tournament to Benefit Disabled Adults. He is frequently provides commentary on newsworthy issues for radio and television news and information programs.
